This patient underwent a quad blepharoplasty, including upper blepharoplasty and lower eyelid surgery with fat repositioning, skin-muscle flap, and lateral canthopexy.
During the consultation, Dr. Amadi identified that a transposition of orbital fat combined with a skin-muscle flap would most effectively address the patient’s lower eyelid volume and skin redundancy, minimizing postoperative hollowing and improving contour. Canthopexy was performed to support lower lid position and optimize long-term stability.
