TThis 40 year-old patient had complaints of her abdominal appearance after having several children and significant weight changes. She was bothered by the excess tissue of her lower abdomen, retained fat deposits of her central abdomen and flanks, and appearance of her belly button. She had also undergone previous breast augmentation with significant changes noted after an additional pregnancy. Dr. Fisher recommended an extended abdominoplasty withextensive liposuction of the back, flanks, and central abdomen, as well as internal muscle repair. For her breast surgery, Dr. Fisher recommended implant removal and breast lift with breast fat grafting.
