This 36 year old woman presented to Dr. Amadi complaining of heavy eyelid and eyebrows. The patient has a very small eyelid-brow distance which lends itself to early development of a droopy brow which crowds the eyelid. Dr. Amadi performed a hairline brow lift as well as a subtle upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove excess upper eyelid skin. She was delighted with her more open eyes and felt that she no longer looked tired or angry.
