This 20 year old Asian woman was unhappy with her asymmetric, and poorly defined eyelid creases as well as her "droopy" lids. Dr. Amadi discussed the options of tapered vs parallel creases. The patient preferred a tapered crease which was natural for her as she already had a preexisting epicanthal fold. Dr. Amadi performed an "incision" technique double eyelid surgery as well as ptosis repair. The patient was extremely happy with her final results. The post-op photo is 6 months after the procedure.
