He had excess upper eyelid skin, eyelid ptosis, and lower lid fat prolapse. Dr. Amadi&#8217;s eyelid rejuvenation plan included upper blepharoplasty with ptosis repair, and lower blepharoplasty with a combination of fat excision and fat repositioning to the upper cheek. The lower blepharoplasty also included skin excision and a lower lid canthopexy\/canthoplasty to tighten the eyelids and prevent lower lids from pulling down after surgery.
