This 20 year old Asian woman was unhappy with her asymmetric, and poorly defined eyelid creases. Dr. Amadi discussed the options of tapered vs parallel creases. The patient preferred a tapered crease which was natural for her as she already had a preexisting epicanthal fold. Dr. Amadi performed an “incision” technique double eyelid surgery.
