She wanted improvement of her jawline and her neck laxity. Dr. Amadi recommended a deep plane face and neck lift, the gold standard for improvement of the lower face and neck. In addition, he recommended an upper lip &#8220;bullhorn&#8221; lip lift designed to decrease the length of the upper lip to rotate the vermillion border, increasing upper lip show. This procedure transforms the balance of the lower face creating a more aesthetically result.
