The aging neck often has muscle banding, excess fat and excess skin. A direct neck lift can address all these issues, often under local anesthesia. There is a scar that will fade with time and be almost imperceptible. This gentleman could have benefitted from a face lift as well to improce his jowl\/jawline, but opted for Facetite treatment which is minimally invasive and does not require general anesthesia.
