Front Desk Receptionist
Amadi Aesthetics Plastic Surgery is a growing medical aesthetics/plastic surgery practice looking to hire a receptionist to join our talented team. As a front desk receptionist you will be the ambassador of our practice to patients. Our ideal candidate will be a positive, outgoing, warm, and friendly individual able to remain poised in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
* Appointment scheduling and confirmation
* Client check-in, check-out
* Opening and Closing protocol
* Creating accurate invoices and handling payments
* Assisting with internal marketing campaigns/social media
Desired Skills:
* Minimum 2 years experience as receptionist in medical aesthetics industry
* Must be able to multitask, problem solve, have excellent ability to prioritize, and is able to work as a team
* Ability to listen, instruct, and address a client’s concerns with ease
* Comfortable using computer-based scheduling software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Energetic, friendly, outgoing personality

Certified Medical Assistant
Responsibilities:
* Assists surgeon/physician assistant/nurse practitioner to treat and manage patients by providing information, services, and clerical duties
* Prepare and clean procedure room for surgery, including sterilization of medical instruments before and after each procedure, autoclaving, stocking/organizing procedure room/exam rooms
* Perform surgical and non-surgical cosmetic consultations, coordinate surgical schedule, assist with pre-ops
* Mastering appointment scheduling, telephone/email triage, and discharge procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
* Graduate of a Certified Medical Assistant program.
* Current license as a CMA in the State of Washington.
* Current BLS certification
* 2 years experience as certified medical assistant
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Must be able to deliver outstanding customer service

Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Amadi Aesthetics Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced injector to join our growing practice in Seattle, WA. Candidates should be hard-working self-starters, looking to make a name for themselves in the industry inside of an expanding entrepreneurial team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a wide range of cosmetic injections including Botox/Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse, Bellafill, PRP, Kybella, Sclerotherapy, and Qwo.
* Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
* Participate in training and educational webinars to stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technology.
* Participate in special sales and educational events.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of full-time aesthetic injecting experience required
* Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current Washington State Licensure
* Strong customer base preferred

Licensed Master Aesthetician
Amadi Aesthetics Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced licensed master aesthetician to join our growing practice in Seattle, WA. Candidates should be hard-working self-starters, looking to make a name for themselves in the industry inside of an expanding entrepreneurial team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
* To provide high-level exceptional customer service
* Performs scheduled services in IPL, laser services, RF-microneedling,
Hydrafacial, microneedling with PRP, and more
* Explains pre and post treatment care thoroughly to each patient and obtains signed
consent
* Responsible for charting patient notes into EMR after each treatment
* Provide product recommendations.
• Follows service guidelines set for all treatments and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
* WA state Master Aesthetician License
* Knowledge of laser treatments and medical grade skincare products/ingredient
* Minimum 2 years experienced required
* Excellent customer service and phone skills
* Excellent verbal and written skills
