This 54 year old woman was looking to improve the appearance of her eyes. On examination, she demonstrated volume loss of her cheeks and temples, as well as wrinkling around her eyes. Dr. Amadi performed fat grafting to her cheeks and temples and performed laser resurfacing around her eyes. The increased facial volume and decreased wrinkling gives her a very natural rejuvenated appearance with which she was very pleased
