This 68 year old woman presented with concerns regarding her upper eyelids, brow, and neck banding. She had a sustained a frontal sinus fracture and repair previously. She also had a face and neck lift about 10 years prior. Dr. Amadi discussed the options of revision face and neck lift, as well as a “hairline” brow lift and left upper eyelid ptosis repair. The patient felt decided to go forward with the above mentioned surgeries. A revision face lift can be challenging due to scarring from the prior surgery. The patient was very pleased with her natural results. The neck banding was significantly improved. She was also very pleased with her cosmetic brow elevation, and repair of her droopy eyelid which was actually covered by her insurance.
