This 30-year-old woman of Chinese heritage was born without eyelid creases (monolid) while her momand sister both had double eyelids. She has always wanted a natural, eyelid creases to match her familymembers. On consultation, Dr. Amadi also identified sub-clinical eyelid ptosis for which shecompensated by subconsciously raising her eyebrows. Dr. Amadi performed double eyelid surgery witha low, tapered medial crease (“infold”) while also performing ptosis repair which relaxed her eyebrows.The patient was very pleased with her results
