his attractive 41-year-old woman presented with complaints of volume loss around her eyes, a droopy right upper eyelid (ptosis) and early skin laxity along her jawline and neck. Dr. Amadi designed are juvenation plan that included Facetite (Minimally invasive skin tightening and fat melting) for her jowlsand neck, fat grafting to her lower eyelids/cheek, and internal (scarless) ptosis repair for her right upperlid to improve symmetry. The patient could not be more please with the minimally invasive approach. Her jaw and neck line is tighter due to the Facetite, and her right upper eyelid is more open after ptosis repair, while her eyelid/cheek hollowness has improved with the fat transfer.
