This 72 year old woman had multiple procedures performed: Dr. Amadi performed a cosmetic upper blepharoplasty removing excess upper eyelid skin, a lower blepharoplasty removing excess bulging fat, and fat grafting to her cheek. In addition, her upper eyelid ptosis was causing vision problems and Dr. Amadi performed internal ptosis repair to improve her vision. Her appearance is dramatically improved by her more open eyes and the diminished lower eyelid bags in conjunction with increased cheek volume. A brow lift would have opened up her eyes, but wanted to schedule that at a later date.
