This 29-year-old Asian woman had double eyelid suture performed in her early 20’s via a closed suture method. Though initially the procedure was successful, with time her eyelid creases faded. This often occurs with the closed technique. Dr. Amadi performed an open technique Asian blepharoplasty, removing minimal skin, and creating an extremely natural appearing Asian crease. The patient was extremely pleased with the “double eyelid” surgery.
