This elderly gentleman had extensive skin cancer along his left lateral upper and lower eyelids, including his temple. Dr. Amadi reconstructed the defect using skin flaps advanced from temple and cheek. He has a small residual web at the corner of the eye which could have been corrected with a small revision, but the patient was very happy with his results and did not want additional surgery.
