This middle aged woman had a large left upper eyelid defect after cancer excision. Dr. Amadi repaired the defect with rectangular advancement flaps on either side of the defect. The result was a profoundly intact eyelid anatomy. This patient still sends annual “Thank You” cards to Dr. Amadi every Thanksgiving!
