This 56 year old woman had basal cell carcinoma of her right lower eyelid excised by her dermatologist via Mohs Microsurgery. The defect is visible at the eyelid margin where lashes are missing. Dr. Amadi repaired the defect with a full thickness wedge excision and repair. She is now 3 months after her reconstruction and very pleased with her repair. She still has mild scarring and redness of her eyelid which will continue to improve for up to a year.
