This 44-year-old woman was unhappy with the fullness and asymmetry of her upper eyelids, with the right upper eyelid having more excess skin. Dr Amadi performed a subtle, asymmetric upper blepharoplasty, removing slightly more skin on the right side thus improving her asymmetry and making her lids feel less heavy. She was extremely pleased with the subtle improvement as she wanted to keep her surgery less “obvious”.
