This 44-year-old woman was unhappy with her upper eyelid hooding. She has excess upper eyelid skin and mild to moderate brow droop. She could have benefited from both and upper eyelid blepharoplasty with skin only excision and a brow lift. She chose to address only the upper eyelid skin at this time and has a very natural upper eyelid crease. Her brow ptosis can be addressed in the future.
