This 25-year-old woman was unhappy with her lower eyelids. She has hereditary lower eyelid fat prolapse which was apparent even when she was much younger. She has always been self-conscious about her appearance. Dr. Amadi performed lower eyelid fat repositioning to preserve her volume. The redistribution of the fat into her tear troughs improved her lower eyelid bags. The patient was very pleased with the results.
