This 49-year-old woman that was unhappy that she seemed tired and sleepy. Her lower eyelids had prolapsed fat and she had fine wrinkles and lines around her eyes. She also had mild upper eyelid ptosis. Dr. Amadi performed lower eyelid blepharoplasty, removing the excess lower eyelid fat, and laser resurfacing around her eyes to improve the skin texture and wrinkling. He also performed a subtle upper eyelid ptosis repair giving her a more alert appearance.
