This 59-year-old woman was unhappy that her eyelids made her look tired and angry. This was due to prolapsed lower eyelid fat, and lower eyelid retraction. Her prominent eyes made her surgery more challenging and required retraction repair on her lower eyelids. Dr. Amadi performed lower eyelid blepharoplasty along with lower eyelid retraction repair. On her upper eyelids, only excess skin was removed to minimize risk of hollowness. On her lower lids, due to the substantial prolapsed fat, excess fat was removed.
