This 51-year-old man was unhappy with his lower eyelid fat prolapse and hollow tear troughs. Dr. Amadi performed fat repositioning lower blepharoplasty to move the excess eyelid fat into the hollow at the top of the cheek. This redistribution of fat from the bulgy area to the hollow area produced a rested, more rejuvenated appearance for the patient.
