This 56-year-old man was unhappy with his upper eyelid hooding and lower eyelid bags. On examination, Dr. Amadi recognized that he also had volume deficiency in his midface region. The patient underwent skin only upper blepharoplasty, lower lid blepharoplasty with fat removal and fat grafting to his cheek/midface region. The patient was extremely pleased with his natural result.
